1. Return Period
We accept returns for bag products within 3 days of the date the customer receives the parcel. After 3 days, any return requests will no longer be entertained.
2. Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition:
• The bag must be unused, unwashed, and in its original state.
• Price tags or labels (if any) must still be attached and not removed.
• The original packaging must be included.
3. Valid Reasons for Returns
Returns are only permitted if:
• The product received is defective or damaged (e.g., torn, broken zippers).
• The product delivered does not match the order (wrong color or model).
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the damage or error is on our part, we will bear the full cost of the return shipping.
• For returns due to any other reason, the shipping cost will be fully borne by the customer.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days directly to the customer’s bank account or through the original payment method.
