Shipping & Delivery Policy (Cikshoper)
1. Shipping Areas
We currently offer shipping services across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
2. Courier Services
We partner with reliable courier services such as Gdex, J&T Express, NinjaVan, and Poslaju to ensure your bags reach you safely.
3. Processing Time
• All orders are Preorder processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed & Preorder take approximately 14-20days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
• Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 working days.
• Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 working days.
• Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or sales periods.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before payment.
6. Parcel Tracking
Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels. If there are any delays or issues with the delivery after the parcel has been handed over to the courier, please contact the respective courier service or reach out to our customer support for assistance.
Pre-order Terms :
1. Pre-order Availability
This item is currently available for Pre-order. This means the item is not currently in stock and will be ordered/manufactured specifically for you.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Please note that pre-order items take approximately 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed and shipped out.
3. Shipping Schedule
• Once the stock arrives at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check before dispatching your order.
• You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier.
4. Combined Orders
If your order contains both Ready Stock and Pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you wish to receive ready stock items earlier, please place separate orders.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation is not allowed once a pre-order has been confirmed, as the item has been reserved specifically for your order.
